It is 1 piece sparkly jumpsuit with double layer ruffle at hems of legs measurements are exact ( this particular costume is a super stretchy fabric with elastic added for fit so lots of wiggle room on measurements ! ) this is a jumpsuit so not meant to be exact measurements, you want your pups to be smaller as it’s not meant to be fur tight! because it’s looser fitting, girth and neck on jumpsuit can be several inches larger than your pups!

Costumes are not returnable because they can be stretched out and ruined by trying to fit on a pup that is too big, used for photos or events and then returned, etc. , . I cannot resell costumes that have been sent out..I’m sure you would not want a costume another pup had on. They are still animals and can have fleas, costumes have been covered in fur when returned and so on.. therefore I have to enforce a strict policy.
