This starfish headpiece is perfect addition to your “under the sea” look. You may have a child or maybe you are are dressing up yourself and want to include your pet! It has an adjustable collar at neck, slips over head and has elastic to stay in place.
Pup shown is about a 9 1/2” neck and opening on this starfish is about 12””. It just pulls over the front and has some stretch . Take tape measure around your pups head where you would like it to go (around face) you want at least 2” or larger so it’s not too snug!
small is about 12” across , head opening is 10”
